What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
Please contact us in the chat box below, call (+1-888-202-4038), or email info@revoderm.com and explain the issue with your order. For issues with damaged products or damages by the courier, please call us immediately.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase please let us know your concerns and we will work to resolve your issue. Whether it be advice on how to correctly use the product, a refund, or an exchange for another product.
How do I redeem rewards points?
Redeeming your loyalty points is straightforward with rewards program. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
- Log In To Your Account: Start by logging in to your account on our website. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one to join the loyalty program and earn points.
- Access the Rewards Program: Once logged in, navigate to the Rewards page on our site in the main header or find it on the bar at bottom of every page (labeled Revoderm Rewards).
- View Your Points: Inside the Rewards dashboard or on the Rewards bar, you'll be able to see the number of points you've accumulated.
- Redeem Points: Click 'Redeem' on the bar or dashboard to get your points.
- Apply the Reward: After redeeming, you'll receive a unique code by email. Apply it at checkout the next time you shop with us.
- Complete Your Purchase: Once the reward is applied, proceed with your checkout as usual. The discount or benefit will be automatically factored into your total. Please note it cannot be combined with any other codes.
- Track Your Remaining Points: After redemption, you can always check back in the Rewards dashboard to see how many points you have left and plan your next reward!

Shipping
How are orders shipped?
All orders are delivered via Canada Expedited Post and you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. We usually ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Delivery in Calgary is within 1-2 business days. Delivery to BC varies based on postal code, but typically 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery to Ontario varies based on postal code, but typically 5-7 business days for delivery.
What are your North America shipping costs?
We offer free shipping Canada wide on all orders over $150.00 CAD, excluding the Yukon, North West Territory and Nuvavut. All Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Expedited Post and you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. We usually ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Delivery to Yukon, North West Territory and Nuvavutis is typically within 7-10 business days and a $40 CAD delivery fee will be charged. US orders require a signature which includes a $2 fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Our international shipping rates are as follows:
- For orders under $300 CAD, a $50 CAD delivery fee will be charged.
- For orders over $300 CAD, your order will be shipped for free.
How can I track my order?
We offer Canada Expedited Post with tracking with every order, including international orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information to track with Canada Post.
What is the sales tax on orders?
All orders will have their respective provincial and government sales tax applied, including GST, HST, and PST as required by the government based on where the order is being shipped.
Can I receive a sample?
All orders include two complimentary free samples if two products are selected at time of checkout. They can be selected and added to your cart via the sample pop-up or added to the order notes in your cart. If no samples are selected, your order will include only the products ordered.
What is "signature required" shipping?
At checkout, you can select "signature required" shipping for an extra $2. This ensures your order will not be left on your doorstep and if you are not available when it is delivered to provide a signature, it will instead be held securely at your local post office. You can pick it up there with your ID. We offer this for customers who are concerned about theft or items freezing during the winter months. The majority of our products can withstand freezing, but recommend "signature required" shipping for orders containing Advanced Scar Gel and Illuminous Serum if you will not be home when your package will be delivered. US orders require a signature.

How does Sezzle work?
With Sezzle, you can split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit. Learn more here. Here's how to utilize it:
Shop As Usual: Add your favorite skincare products to your cart.
Choose Sezzle at Checkout: Once you're ready to make your purchase, proceed to the checkout page. Among the payment methods available, you'll see an option for 'Sezzle.' Select it.
Sign Up/Log In to Sezzle: If you've never used Sezzle before, you'll be prompted to create an account. If you already have one, simply log in.
Split Your Payment: Instead of paying the full amount upfront, Sezzle allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal payments, paid over 6 weeks, with no added interest.
Automatic Deductions: Once your order is confirmed, the first quarter of the payment will be taken from your bank account. The remaining three payments will be automatically deducted every two weeks.
Receive Your Order: Your order will be processed just like any other purchase, so you don't have to wait until you've paid in full to receive your skincare products.

Why should I sign up for an account?
There are many advantages of signing up for an account with Revoderm:
- Save multiple addresses in your address book for easier checkout

How do I reset my password?
Head to the login here and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link to reset your password. Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset.
How do I reset my password when I'm already logged in?
Go to your account and select “Update Password” on the menu on the lefthand side. Fill in all of the fields and then click “Save” to save your new password.
How do I edit/add an address and other account info?
Log in here. Once logged in, you'll be redirected to your Main Account page. On the lefthand side, you'll find a menu where you can navigate the areas you want to view or edit including updating addresses, changing your password, reviewing your order history, and reordering previous orders.
Where can I find my order history?
After logging into your account, you can access your previous order history on the lefthand side. Within your order history, you can view and print your invoices and reorder previous orders.
How can I manage my subscription?
Log in here. Once logged in, you'll be able to see your subscription portal where you can add products, change dates and frequency, cancel subscriptions, and more.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Transactional emails including updating your password and order updates can't be unsubscribed from. For newsletters and promotional emails, click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of all Revoderm emails and follow prompts.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Our aim is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. Please follow the below guidelines for product exchanges and returns:
- Products must be purchased from the Revoderm website, our clinic or via a phone order. Purchases from other distributors must be returned to where you purchased the products.
- Return the products within 30 days of your shipped order date.
- Provide information about your order such as a copy of your invoice, order number, name, email address, and phone number with a description explaining why you are returning the product(s).
- Excessively used products will not be accepted.
- Where applicable, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for orders are the customer's expense, unless agreed upon.
- No refunds will be provided for any bank charges or custom fees.
Upon product return, we will issue a refund or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative product of equal or lesser value with consideration of the above criteria.
